The official Cancellation Policy adopted by the North Carolina Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NCSHLA) is located here. Registrants are strongly encouraged to review and familiarize themselves with this policy prior to registering for any continuing education event. This policy applies to all NCSHLA events, unless a specific course description explicitly states an alternative cancellation or refund policy.
