Recent Updates:

• If you are licensed and in good standing in a participating state, you will be apply for "compact privilege" in other participating states. Compact privilege is equivalent to a license.
• So far 36 states and 1 territory have passed legislation to join the ASLP-IC, and another 3 have legislation on the table. Search the list of participating states here.
• ASLP-IC leaders have partnered with others in the development of a data system for the Compact. This will be the hub for applications, communications, and issuing of privileges. The system is scheduled to go live in the fall of 2025 and will begin issuing privileges to practice in states that have onboarded at that time.
