If you are licensed and in good standing in a participating state, you will be apply for "compact privilege" in other participating states. Compact privilege is equivalent to a license.
So far 36 states and 1 territory have passed legislation to join the ASLP-IC, and another 3 have legislation on the table. Search the list of participating states here.
The CompactConnect data management system for the ASLP-IC is LIVE! ASLP-IC member states will start onboard licensees to CompactConnect and meet the compact requirements to issue compact privileges.
