Welcome Exhibitors

We are asking each exhibitor to bring a donated item that can be raffled off during the Exhibitor drawing on Friday. The donated item could be a basket full of treats from a business, such as Target, Bath and Body Works, Williams Sonoma, etc. As our attendees visit your booth, they will need to spend at least 3 - 5 minutes talking with you before they are given a ticket for a chance to win the donated item. Tickets will be provided for your use. The more vendors attendees visit, the more chances they have to win.

April 23 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

April 24 - 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

Shipping

NCSHLA makes no guarantees and assumes no liability with regard to traffic through the exhibit area, sales by exhibitors, or other measures of profitability of the exhibits at this event. Exhibit materials shipped to the event may arrive no earlier than Tuesday, April 21, 2020. Each item shipped must be clearly labeled “NCSHLA 2020 Annual Convention”, April 22 – 24, 2020 and must include the name of your representative at the Convention, as well as the company name and information. Exhibitor Fees:

  • Commercial Exhibit - $500 per booth.

  • Non-profit / Educational Exhibit - $250 booth
  • *A non-profit exhibitor is defined as an organization exhibiting to promote “free” services for individuals with disabilities, or a University or College exhibiting to promote programs in speech-pathology, audiology or education of the hearing impaired.

  • Unattended Exhibit Table - $100 per table.
  • Exhibitor may send up to 600 copies. Left-over printed materials will not be returned. Ship materials to the NCSHLA Central Office, PO Box 38803, Greensboro, NC 27438. Materials must be received by March 1, 2020. h2>Exhibitor Registration
