Exhibitor Registration and Information

The American Academy of Audiology-North Carolina and the North Carolina Speech, Hearing and Language Association are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2008 Fall Conference, to be held September 12-13, 2008, at the Radisson Hotel, High Point, North Carolina. This professional education event will attract audiologists and speech/language pathologists from across the state, representing public schools, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, private practices, and more.

Exhibit Booth Registration - Organizations can reserve exhibit space by registering electronically via our secure online exhibitor registration system. Printable versions of our Exhibit Registation Packet may also be downloaded and either faxed or mailed into the NCSHLA office with payment.

Fall Conference Placement Center - Organizations seeking to advertise open positions can download the Position Vacancy Form. Completed forms can either be faxed or mailed into NCSHLA offices with payment.

Advertising and Sponsorship Registration - All parties wishing to achieve greater exposure during the conference can take advantage of some unqiue advertising and sponsorship opportunites. If you wish to particpate, simply indicate your preference online or download the Fall Sponsorship & Advertising packet and fax or mail it into NCSHLA offices with payment.

Accomodations & Lodging Info - NCSHLA has contracted for a special room rate of $59.75 per night at the Radisson Hotel, High Point for the 2008 Conference. Telephone 800-333-3333 by August 12, 2008 and identify yourself with the conference to receive this special rate.
